Martyrologium metallum

In memory of Denis D'Amour (1959-2005)

Denis D'Amour "Piggy", founding member of Voivod passed away on August 26, after fighting against a serious illness...

Voivod was one of the reasons we started Martyr.
He was a great inspiration for us and for many musicians of the metal scene.

All our sympathies goes to the family and friends.

A great musician left us but he will be in our hearts forever.

In memory of David Guay (1978-2002)

We had the chance and joy to know David as we shared the stage and backstage with him on many occasions. David was an excellent bassist, and mostly an admirable human being for his constant positive and fightful mind. He lost his battle against cancer, but he fought with a titanic strenght and never gave up. May his battle serve as an example for everyone. David, you will live in our hearts for eternity.

We offer our sympathies to the family, friends and Dissidence's band members.
